IoTA Chat

IoTA Chat is the conversational assistant built into the admin app. You can ask it about your fleet in plain language instead of clicking through screens, and it can build things for you — like a chart or a draft ticket — right in the conversation.

There are two ways in:

  • IoTA Chat in the sidebar (the IoTA section) opens the full chat screen.
  • The floating chat button in the corner of every page opens IoTA without leaving the page you’re on.

IoTA answers questions about the data and entities in your organization. Useful things to ask include:

  • The status or recent readings of a device or group.
  • Which devices are unhealthy, offline, or trending the wrong way.
  • A summary of recent alerts, tickets, or analysis findings.
  • To build a chart or dashboard from your sensor data.
  • To draft a maintenance ticket based on what you’re discussing.

As you chat, IoTA can produce artifacts that appear alongside the conversation — saved dashboards, tickets, exports, and simulations — so the results of a question become something you can keep and reuse.
