What is IoT Pulse?
IoT Pulse is a monitoring and predictive-maintenance app for connected equipment. It keeps an eye on your devices around the clock, warns you when a reading drifts out of range, and uses AI to spot problems early — so you can fix issues before they cause downtime. Everything happens in one web app: your devices, alerts, maintenance tickets, dashboards, and an AI assistant you can ask questions in plain language.
What you can do
Section titled “What you can do”- Monitor your equipment in real time. See which devices are online, offline, or unhealthy, and drill into any device for its latest readings and history. → Devices
- Get alerted before things fail. Set the limits that matter for your equipment and IoT Pulse tells you the moment a reading crosses one. → Alerts & thresholds
- Route alerts to the right people. Group your devices and assign shifts so the right person is notified at the right time. → Device groups & shifts
- Work maintenance issues to resolution. Every problem becomes a ticket you can track, assign, and close out. → Tickets
- Let AI do the watching. The built-in AI agent analyzes your devices, surfaces anomalies and patterns, and recommends what to do next. → AI analysis
- Just ask. IoTA Chat answers questions about your fleet — “which devices are unhealthy right now?” — without you hunting through screens. → IoTA Chat
- See the big picture. Dashboards and the fleet view roll everything up so you can judge overall health at a glance. → Dashboards & fleet view
Who can do what
Section titled “Who can do what”IoT Pulse has four roles — Super Admin, Tenant Admin, Operator, and Viewer — and what you see in the app depends on the role your administrator assigns you. Operators and viewers see the devices in their groups; admins manage users, settings, and the whole organization. The Getting started guide explains how roles shape your view, and Org admin covers managing users and settings.
