Getting Started
New to IoT Pulse? This page is a quick map of where to begin. For the full walkthrough of each task, follow the links into the User Guide.
1. Sign in
Section titled “1. Sign in”Open the app and sign in with your email and password, or with your organization’s Google or Microsoft single sign-on. Accounts are set up in advance by an administrator — there’s no public self-service sign-up. If you can’t get in, ask your administrator to confirm your account is active.

2. Get your bearings
Section titled “2. Get your bearings”Once you’re in, the left sidebar is your main navigation, the top bar holds your user menu, and a floating IoTA Chat button is available on every page. What you see in the sidebar depends on your role — operators and viewers see their groups’ devices; administrators see everything in the organization.

3. Do the thing you came to do
Section titled “3. Do the thing you came to do”Pick the guide that matches your task:
- Check on your equipment → Devices and Dashboards & fleet view
- Set up alerting → Alerts & thresholds and Device groups & shifts
- Handle a maintenance issue → Tickets
- Use the AI features → AI analysis and IoTA Chat
- Manage users and settings (administrators) → Org admin
